David Ellison is the Founder of Ellison Consulting LLC (ECL), a management-consulting firm that helps companies and teams deliver results and recognize sustained revenue growth.

 

With a laser focus on “always for the customer” and sustained growth, Dave combines 30 years of process improvement, and a unique blend of big and small business experiences. He has served in key executive leadership roles across multiple industries and sectors, while always applying the same formula of teamwork, process simplification and communication in achieving sustained success.

 

Before starting ECL, Dave served as SVP of Sales & Marketing for Vexos Inc., a Tier 2 Global Electronics Contract Manufacturer and Services Provider. He was brought in to merger two separate electronic services companies and build the sales and marketing teams, branding, and go-to-market strategy that resulted in one of the best services companies in the global market. Dave has also held executive leadership positions in 5 technology, and 3 services companies, to include General Electric where he was VP of Sourcing and obtained his certification as a 6 sigma black belt.

 

Throughout his career, Dave has led numerous teams and improved many businesses. A passionate and disciplined change agent, Dave’s expertise lies in establishing and optimizing teams to identify and execute growth strategies and value-creation through innovation, process improvement, and customer service. His vision, integrity and accountability are second to none.  

 

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy where he focused on Engineering and Science.
